Supply Chain Compliance

C-TPAT

Need a way to efficiently collect and organize supplier information required for C-TPAT validation and re-validation? Integration Point C-TPAT Certification is a web-based solution that allows you to build customized questionnaires and send a notification via email to suppliers. As suppliers complete the questionnaires, you can capture and analyze the impact to your overall risk rating automatically, instead of having to wait until each question is answered and all surveys are returned.

AEO

The World Customs Organization (WCO) is quickly progressing with the implementation of the WCO SAFE Framework standards to secure and facilitate global trade. With this progression comes the development of parameters for the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs throughout the European Union. Using Integration Point AEO Certification companies can easily and efficiently collect, standardize and analyze all the supplier information needed to become AEO certified.

PIP Automation

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) recently announced the new Modernized Partners-in-Protection (PIP) Program. The new PIP program has been modified to more closely resemble the US Customs and Border Protection’s C-TPAT program - a huge step towards mutual recognition between the US CBP and CBSA. Integration Point PIP Certification is a web-based program that provides for the electronic collection, organization and analyzing of supplier information needed for PIP certification.

Companies doing trade in both the US and Canada can benefit from using the same framework for both types of certification. Questionnaires can be shared between the programs and supplier information can be analyzed without having to pull data from disparate systems.

Starting April 1, 2009, all US importers will be required to comply with the Lacey Act. The Lacey Act requires an import declaration for the importation of plants, trees or their products into the US.
